Should this attack have been Stopped? Is someone sleeping on his job? Where was our intelligence service unit? Are we really safe? Its a question that begs for answers?

All in all we salute brave soldiers who put their lives on line to save our country. All those who died in this fight we salute you and brand you as our heroes, Kenyans turned in large numbers to donate blood to an extend that blood donation centers ran out of space for storage. Kenyans have a sense of unity and we like it!!! :) Thats one of the reasons iam proud to be a Kenyan.

Eagerly waiting for FORENSIC investigations, as Interpol, FBI, security agencies from US, Canada, Israel and UK are in the country to help examine the nature of the terrorist attack. Its very encouraging on how the International community have responded to this tragic event. Find out how the attack was planned? Who did it? How? It has been also rumored that the terrorists were in the country for a month planning on the attack. The question we beg to ask is how did they manage to carry such ammunition in the city without our intelligence agencies knowing about it?

Terrorist attack at West-gate Mall

our hearts are broken, we are more afraid and we do not know what to do or where to turn to. All in all we pray for our country and encourage our brave soldiers to always defend our borders. We are a great country and we will not let coward acts scare us, we will move forward and crash them, No one should threaten our lives.

Its the worst attack ever on Kenyan Soil, it's more tragic than 1998 Bombing. We send our warm condolences to families and all those who have been affected by this misfortune. Innocent Kenya's have lost lives. 43 people have been reported Dead and more than 150 injured.

Its good to cry but there is something you can do the victims kindly visit any Blood Donation center near you and help save lives. If you are in Nairobi visit Kencom Bus Station, Kenyatta national hospital, Guru Nanak Hospital or Aghakhan Hospital.

Mind blowing- Why i have read this post more than Five times.

Its always good to share when you find an interesting post or something. I read this post from face-book on Olivia Breanna wall.

Its quite mind blowing.... read through and you will tell me.

"Am gonna tell you something, from my experience living in UK, Germany, and America.. there is something called divide and rule, pick two of theirs so that we can hoodwink them... Lets Use Annan, to show Africans we love them.... and exploit their natural resources, while at it.. lets use Obama to silence the Civil Liberties movements, while we reign on their neighborhoods and fleece them off off their tax money...lets give them Ban-Ki-Moon to show them we are together to persuade their Vote in the Un Security Council... Lets use and African judge and African Prosecutor to jail their African progressive leaders.... We don't have to assasinate them anymore Like we Did Lumumba, We shall use Adhoc organizations like the ICC to pacify them...Damn!! How do we colonize them though? No No, Its too delicate and expensive to have soldiers on ground.. Lets give them their flags, but control their treasuries using the World Banks and the IMF`s lets control what they grow also and auction their Coffee at the New York Stock Exchange.... I can go on and on, let me stop there, because I threw so many curve balls at you.. please hold them dear and analyze them,...."

Trials begin at the ICC.

www.gazetikenya.blogspot.com

The Trials at the ICC Began today thats is probably what will be on our Newspaper headlines tomorrow. Many thought that the ICC Trials we never meant to happen, tried any means necessary to stop it from happening. It was really painful to hear about the testimony of the Kiambaa church incident where more than 30 people were burned alive in broad daylight. Its also painful to hear that a witness had to strip to save a life.

Its really painful and someone should take responsibility for these inhuman acts in the name of a stolen poll. Why would we want to pull out of the ICC, someone should be accountable for the crimes committed, nobody should walk free for committing such acts. Am not trying to point a finger as to who should be nailed but lets wait for the judges to pass their judgment, after all what we want is the truth and Justice.

No matter what we think or say there is always law of nature and we call it Karma, it will catch with you, There might be another place we might go after the end of our world but what i believe is that every good thing you do in this world you will be handsomely rewarded and every bad thing you do there is a price.

Trending Pictures and stories about US Striking in Syria.

http://gazetikenya.blogspot.com/2013/08/should-us-strike-in-syria.html

Am opposed to USA intervention in Syria.

Here are photos and stories trending in Social media.

I hope President Obama reads this post in good time. I have always admired his leadership  because he is a Kenyan but he is good at his work but at this moment i think he is not on his right senses, if he proceeds and attacks Syria he will not be different from his predecessor- Attacks on Iraq and Afghanistan.

Comments from Facebook.

Ayman Abdin i always wonder about the american goverments they help the other nations sometimes! while there is a lot of americans suffers, why do not you people fight for your rights?

Joshua Tramontana When are people going to understand we go to war for leaders gains..We are lied to, told "that's classified" and bullshitted on everything! DUH! The reason our certain government leaders worry more about Syria instead of Detroit is because they secretly have something to gain. Don't be stupid nothing we can do or say can change what our "leaders" want to do, that's just how it is. Why else would everyone be against going to Syria but a few leaders think it's a good idea.....??Hmmm BECAUSE they have something to gain from it! OBAMA DONT PISS ON MY FACE AND TELL ME ITS RAIN

Sabrine Nathalie Hansen How about spending money on his own country instead of using it for attacking others.. USA has the most percent of homeless people in the world. How can the government just ignore that?..

Morgan Davis this makes me so sick!! Obama is too worried about other countries that he cant even fix the one that he's in charge of!!

Jade Brielle Mulvan I don't find these posts amusing. Kids are foaming at the mouth and slowly dieing from gas poisoning. I'm not about war, but something must be done. Detroit doesn't even compare to Syria, seriously. Reconsider continuing to post these ridiculous insensitive pictures.

Withdrawal from The ICC

 http://gazetikenya.blogspot.com/2013/09/withdrawal-from-icc.html
History will be written and our children will cry or curse this parliament and say it was the worst and we would have done better without them. Passing a bill to Withdraw from ICC, increase the prices of basic commodities. They have denied our children a glass of milk and increased the price of books. It would have been easier to reduce the public spending in other areas. We should come up with ways to ensure that learning is affordable to many people rather than increase the cost of learning.

Withdraw from the ICC is the worst of things they have done, Our children will look at our faces and say that THEY denied them Justice. This country is greater than any individual and we should never bend the rules to please anyone, our laws should accomplish the greatest good for the greatest number of people. We seem to forget what happened after 2007 election. We are very good at covering that under the carpet and say that nothing really happened, for heaven sake we lost lives, people witnessed their loved ones burned in broad daylight after they went to seek refuge in a church. We can hide our heads in sand and pretend nothing happened but our conscience is very clear if not it will catch up with us.

Am not pointing finger about who should be punished about the 2007 Post election violence, all am asking as i write this post is Justice to be served to the victims and a surety that it will never happen again. We should also end the culture of impunity and should be clear that no one in this land is above the rule of law.

Its a distraction- what they want us to forget.

http://gazetikenya.blogspot.com/2013/09/its-distraction-what-they-want-us-to.html
Truth be told that The Nairobi Governor is not a gentle man, sets a bad example to our children and should face the law if found guilty, He should appear before the courts for assault.

Two wrongs cannot make a right and only unjust can applaud a wrong doing. Its now trending on Social media, which is a hot topic for Kenyans To discuss. What you guys don't realize its a distraction to forget about the skyrocketing prices of basic commodities.

A litre of Milk cost more than a litre of fuel, Its cheaper to drive than to drink milk. Am not prophesying doom but one day people will take to street and say enough is enough, the cabinet secretary for finance is just another academician with his Harvard degree, i think he is not competent in his work or there are other influences, How on earth can you increase the VAT duty on basic commodities? The only two things you can increase the VAT and no one feels or complains about it, is cigarettes and Beer(No matter what, for the love of the bottle, consumers will still buy)

They also want us to forget about the striking city council workers. its should be clear that the workers have a right to go on strike, they should not be threatened about being sacked that a backward tactic, Listen to their Grievances. It does not feel good when a ghost worker has a larger paycheck that the guy who does all the work to ensure that our streets are clean.

They also want us to forget about the passing of a bill to withdraw from the ICC.
