How corruption paves the way for illegal aliens. Monday Newspaper 22/04/2014

Corruption in the Immigration Department and police service has made it easy for foreigners to enter Kenya and secure ID cards in a matter of weeks, the Nation has established. In the midst of growing terrorism
threats and the resultant crackdown on illegal immigrants, the Nation traced the underground routes through which foreigners enter the country and secure key identification documents with the connivance of corrupt officials in departments clustered under the Ministry of IMMIGRATION.

Corruption is our way of life, it is deep in our blood, it all starts from the way our children are brought up(they are taught survival for the fittest),in our education system corruption is taught in our learning institutions where students cheat in their exams(sometimes they have a reason to; like when  the teacher failed to teach them). If you ask a ten year old child what she would like to be when she grows up, she will tell you that she wants to be rich and corrupt.

Corrupt people are viewed to be smart than others and they are very rich and very many people like to be associated with them, here in Kenya we have respect for rich people regardless of how they acquired their wealth.

Cord takes battle over ‘secret’ tape to Hassan team. Monday Newspaper 21/02/2014

Party renews protests over conduct of 2013 polls but election team defends record Cord yesterday demanded the disbandment of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) over allegations that last year’s General Election was rigged.

However, the IEBC disowned the alleged recording of one of its top officials, who according to the tape,
had raised doubts about the credibility of the election just a day before the results were announced. IEBC declared Mr Uhuru Kenyatta and his running mate, Mr William Ruto, winners of the March 4, General Election, an outcome that Cord leader Raila Odinga challenged in court but lost.

I don't get it why the former prime minister does not get this right, I hope my post finds him in Good time. Stop trying to show everyone that you are not a loser, get this in to your head you lost in March 2013 elections, it does not matter whether the election were rigged or fair, Kenyans have already forgotten about elections and we are working our asses to ensure that we survive under the current economic situation.

7 Simple ways for manipulating people. Saturday Newspaper.

1. Whenever someone is angry and confrontational, stand next to them instead of in front of them. You won’t appear as so much of a threat, and they eventually calm down.

2. Open with “I need your help.” People don’t like the guilt of not helping someone out. When asking for a favor from someone, begin your request by saying “I need your help.” It greatly increases your chances of getting that favor done.

3. Rephrase what the other person says and repeat it back to them. This makes them think you’re listening and really interested in what they’re saying. It makes them feel validated. Obviously, you don’t want to overdo this.

4. If you want someone to agree with you, nod while you talk. This gets the other person to nod too, and they begin to subconsciously think they agree with you.

5. If someone doesn’t like you, ask to borrow a pencil. It is a small enough favor that they won’t say no, and it gets them to like you more.

6. Fold your arms to determine interest. If someone is observing you, they will likely mimic you. Fold your arms, and see if they do it, too.

7. Repeat a person’s name many times during a conversation. It helps you remember it, and makes them like you more.

Sucessful people set SMART goals. Friday Newspaper 18/04/2014

Its Easter, it my hope you are having a good time, for the love of God we are not talking about politics or whats wrong with our country. We want to enjoy enjoy, that's why i have decided to post random stuff to broaden your mind to new horizons.

Successful people are objective.  They have realistic targets in mind.  They know what they are looking for and why they are fighting for it.  Successful people create and pursue S.M.A.R.T. goals.
S.M.A.R.T. goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.  Let’s briefly review each:
  • Specific – A general goal would be, “Get in shape.” But a related specific goal would be, “Join a health club and workout 3 days a week for the next 52 weeks.”  A specific goal has a far greater chance of being accomplished because it has defined parameters and constraints.
  • Measurable – There must be a logical system for measuring the progress of a goal.  To determine if your goal is measurable, ask yourself questions like:  How much time? How many total?  How will I know when the goal is accomplished? etc.  When you measure your progress, you stay on track, reach your target dates, and experience the exhilaration of achievement that spurs you on to continued efforts required to reach your goal.
  • Attainable – To be attainable, a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both willing and able to work.  In other words, the goal must be realistic.  The big question here is:  How can the goal be accomplished?
  • Relevant – Relevance stresses the importance of choosing goals that matter.  For example, an internet entrepreneur’s goal to “Make 75 tuna sandwiches by 2:00PM.” may be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, and Timely, but lacks Relevance to an entrepreneurs overarching objective of building a profitable online business.
  • Timely – A goal must be grounded within a time frame, giving the goal a target date.  A commitment to a deadline helps you focus your efforts on the completion of the goal on or before the due date.  This part of the S.M.A.R.T. goal criteria is intended to prevent goals from being overtaken by daily distractions.

Be brave. Even if you’re not, pretend to be. Thursday 17/04/2014

Easter is here, for the love of God lets not talk about Politics or the things that are wrong or not happening in our world today, let reflect of the good moments, be brave and go and make all your dreams come true.

“Be brave. Even if you’re not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference. Don’t allow the phone to interrupt important moments. It’s there for your convenience, not the callers. Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb. That’s where the fruit is. Don’t burn bridges. You’ll be surprised how many times you have to cross the same river. Don’t forget, a person’s greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated. Don’t major in minor things. Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Helen Keller, Leonardo Da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein. Don’t spread yourself too thin. Learn to say no politely and quickly. Don’t use time or words carelessly. Neither can be retrieved. Don’t waste time grieving over past mistakes Learn from them and move on. Every person needs to have their moment in the sun, when they raise their arms in victory, knowing that on this day, at his hour, they were at their very best. Get your priorities straight. No one ever said on his death bed, ‘Gee, if I’d only spent more time at the office’. Give people a second chance, but not a third. Judge your success by the degree that you’re enjoying peace, health and love. Learn to listen. Opportunity sometimes knocks very softly. Leave everything a little better than you found it. Live your life as an exclamation, not an explanation. Loosen up. Relax. Except for rare life and death matters, nothing is as important as it first seems. Never cut what can be untied. Never overestimate your power to change others. Never underestimate your power to change yourself. Remember that overnight success usually takes about fifteen years. Remember that winners do what losers don’t want to do. Seek opportunity, not security. A boat in harbor is safe, but in time its bottom will rot out. Spend less time worrying who’s right, more time deciding what’s right. Stop blaming others. Take responsibility for every area of your life. Success is getting what you want. Happiness is liking what you get. The importance of winning is not what we get from it, but what we become because of it. When facing a difficult task, act as though it’s impossible to fail.”

My two years as an Al-Shabaab hostage. Wednesday 16/04/2014

Man’s two-year ordeal under Al-Shabaab gang

After two years as a hostage of Al-Shabaab, the father of one cannot look you in the face. Drooping shoulders, downward gaze and the hands clutched between his knees. He was kidnapped on October 5, 2011, by the terrorist group, Al-Shabaab, inside Somalia as he delivered medicine.
Basics like food were an issue; he was sustained by two meals of pasta every day.
“My mind is numb, the pain is still strong,”

I will post using Dropbox but am asking members to upload on media fire and share on the Facebook Page or Here so that others can access, Dropbox will suspect the link once it experiences a high traffic, ITS A POLITE REQUEST AM ASKING THE MEMBERS.

Donors offer assistance to tackle terrorism. Sunday 13/03/2014

SUNDAY PAPER
Donors offer assistance to tackle challenges but also note a link between corruption and insecurity

“The best way to combat terrorism is to have well-trained  and honest security forces committed to serving justice through established legal means. Security officers must be beyond reproach, impervious to bribes and always seeking to help people."

Suspected terrorists thought to be affiliated to the Somalia-based Al-Shabaab have in recent weeks carried
out deadly attacks — killing six people when gunmen stormed a church in Likoni, Mombasa. on March 23 and six others when two explosive devices were lobbed in crowded areas in Nairobi’s Eastleigh on April 1. These come six months after the Westgate Mall siege where terrorists killed 67 people.

We are facing tough times and terrorism is major challenge that the government is facing.

Kenyans must apply for new national IDs. Tuesday's Paper 15/04/2014

The exercise is intended to help in planning, elections and other administrative functions.
It is also aimed at helping to identify foreigners, including terrorists and their sleeper cells, who may have corruptly bought national identification papers.

It very clear now that the goverment has problem indentifying  its real citizens when it comes to basis of producing papers produced by the same system. Is a plot to create new system of ghost voters? It never easy to trust the government on every move they make but lets hope it all in the fight against terrorism and foreigners in the country without travelling documents.

We need a digital database to be able to Know who is a Kenyan or not and also get rid of the rampant corruption in the system i.e. Corrupt immigration officers.

The first lady does it again in London, a double win for Kenyans. This is the country where athletics begin and to be very specific the marathon. It funny when Ugandans had strike to walk to work while here in Kenyan we walk and run to school n work.  Many have tried to uncovered the secret towards Kenyans performance? Is it Mursik? If i Know now i would probably be richer and happy to share to the world? I will personally work on a research to find out what makes us more athletic.
