I love my country Kenya, Its not because of our leaders but because that athlete that wins gold medals, that kid out there somewhere building a small business and all social entrepreneurs out there.

The reason i have no love left for politics and leaders is because they do not mean what they say, they do alot of talking rather than getting things done, corrupt and self interested. Our objectives and goals as a country has never been in their hearts they are out to feed the greedy bellies and appear on TV stations telling us nonsense, don't ask me why i do not watch TV anymore, politics is the talk of everyday. Why stop the talking and act on things that will progress this country to another level. Their political debates leaves out the common mwananchi who is struggling everyday to make it. Its not they are lazy but the system they create and advocate for only policies that favour the rich leaving a huge gap. Am not trying to say that the rich should be protected but its the greed in the system. A good example is when the prices of milk and flour went up, nobody in parliament complained, they are good at ensuring that their salaries are not taxed.

All in all i have a feeling one day we will elect people who stand for this struggle, equal opportunities for everyone whether you were born in Ghetto or in Lavish areas,NO MATTER THE TRIBE or who you know.
