Governors Push for more Money Pays Off

The governors push for more money out the allocated in the budget, i have feeling that they do not need money cos at the moment the current national expenditure is too high. We should find ways of cutting down on the expenditure for heaven sake we are a third world country with a Trillion Budget.
If we can spend less use local resources for maximum benefit we could do better. Please don't ask me to explain further, you have already read what am trying to say and it tells you that i was poor in economics and only trying to explain something that i don't even understand. Why do you need more money to do nothing? What has your Governor done to demand more money?  The only guy that should probably be the one asking for lots of Money is Machakos Governor, D.r Alfred Mutua. He is Doing a good job even though he is good at pampering the media with his stories that explains why he was former government spokesman.
