Security Situation In Kenya. Monday Newspaper 7/04/2014

The security situation in the country is not under control, everyday there is a threat of an attack by Alshabab insurgents. Its something that is making more Kenyans afraid of visiting their cool entertainment Joints with the Westgate pictures still fresh in our minds.

We cannot start pointing fingers on who has failed on their jobs but we can comfortably agree that the security system in our country  needs improvement, the intelligence department seem to be not efficient enough, they should be able to monitor and alert the government on possible attacks. 

We cannot have a quick fix in our security system but we need a clearly though strategic plan to fight terrorism and crime. Thumbs up for the crackdown on illegal immigrants in the country. 

All in all we will not be slowed by cowards who have brought their country down to its knees for over 23 Years. We will not be intimidated or allow the war to spill in our country, everyday i wake up am happy about the bold move that Kibaki took to fight for liberation of Somalia. We should not have a neighbor who is always in chaos, The Somalia problem had been largely ignored by the outside world until Kenya started doing something.
